Elton John Diamonds édition double vinyle LP et Live One Night Only, Blue Moves, 2017

 

Elton John est un chanteur et un musicien qui commence sa carrière musicale en 1965 en créant le groupe Bluesology. En 1969 il se lance dans une carrière solo avec la sortie de son premier album "Empty Sky". Même si l'album réalise de bonnes ventes en Angleterre il faudra attendre 1975 pour qu'Elton John devienne, réellement, une Star Mondiale.

Aujourd'hui après plus de 50 ans de carrière et avec plus d'1 milliard de disques vendus (ventes de singles et d'albums confondus) la star devient l'artiste Solo ayant vendu le plus d'albums (Paul McCartney détient néanmoins le record de vente de disque en cumulant sa carrière aux cotés des Beatles)...
